When working with CommuniCanine dog training it is expected and you agree to:

1- Be on time and ready for training for all appointments you set. CommuniCanine reserves the right to leave the appointment at the scheduled time even if the client arrives late. Training sessions are normally two hours long and are intense training for both dog and owner. The trainer will take notes for you and it is encouraged that you take notes as well in order to be able to work on all training aspects during the time between appointments.

2- Training time in between appointments is normally 2-3 weeks in length but may be longer or shorter based on the schedule of the trainer and/or the client.

3- We require one week's notice for changing or canceling appointments. With less than one week of notice CommuniCanine reserves the right to keep any fees collected or reduce the amount of training sessions by one in order to compensate for the missed or cancelled appointment. No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than a week of notice.

4- After any completed training program the dog owner is given access to lifetime phone and email support and is encouraged to use this resource. 'Lifetime' is meant as the life of the dog being trained.
